Aim for around 50–60 characters. Google's cutoff is actually based on pixel width, not a fixed character count, but staying under 60 characters keeps most titles from being truncated on desktop and mobile results.
What's the ideal length for a meta description?+
Roughly 150–160 characters. It's not a direct ranking factor, but a clear, well-written description improves your click-through rate from search results.
What is a canonical tag and do I need one?+
A canonical tag tells search engines which URL is the authoritative version of a page when the same or similar content is reachable at multiple URLs. Add one whenever a page could be duplicated, e.g. via URL parameters or trailing slashes.
Does the SERP preview match Google exactly?+
It's a close approximation using Google's typical font, colors, and truncation width, but the real result can vary slightly by device, query, and any Google testing in progress — use it as a strong guide, not a pixel-perfect guarantee.
