We put together a directory of 125+ free tools, libraries, and guides — the ones we actually reach for when building websites and products — and organized them into 30 categories on 92nodes.com/resources/free-developer-resources. This post walks through the highlights.
Why We Built This Directory
Every developer and designer ends up with their own scattered list of bookmarks — a stock photo site here, a color tool there, a cheat sheet buried in a browser tab from six months ago. We had the same list, spread across notes apps and Slack messages, so we cleaned it up, organized it by category, and published it.
It is not an exhaustive list of every free tool on the internet — it is the shortlist we actually use, plus a few of our own free tools mixed in where they fit naturally.
